Daily service hours are from 9am – 11pm, additional charges may apply outside of these hours.
Appointments

Special Considerations
Most treatments can be adapted to accommodate pregnancy or injury. Please contact the Guest Experience team with any queries and inform staff of any medical or health concerns, allergies, infections, or injuries that could affect your experience when making your reservation.
Age
The minimum age for treatments is 16 years. Guests under the age of 16 require parental consent prior to the booking being accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Although our team will do their utmost to accommodate any booking changes, cancellations made within 4 hours will be subject to a full charge of the treatment booked.
